What to do now?... READ THE FOLLOWING VERY CAREFULLY
1. Print out the attached document which contains this letter together with an invoice
2. Check that all the details are correct
3. Send the invoice AND the payment (we do accept purchase orders) to the invoice address - marking it FAO: Arts Award Team (It is very IMPORTANT that you send the invoice number with the cheque so the money is matched to you and your course) Make cheque payable to: TRINITY GUILDHALL
4. Your place on the course will be CONFIRMED once payment has been received and processed. THIS MUST BE IN PLENTY OF TIME BEFORE THE COURSE.
5. If the course is under or over subscribed and you do not get a place we will contact you and register you on a suitable alternative course or issue you with a credit note. Please note: A full cancellation fee is required if you cancel or withdraw altogether after the booking deadline has passed.

8. You will need to bring proof of your CRB and qualifications/experience with you on the day of the training course. If you have any queries about this please look on our website http://www.artsaward.org.uk/site/?id=112 for more information. (If you have already produced this evidence once through a previous arts adviser course you will not be required to bring it again)
9. Once you have successfully completed the day which includes showing evidence of the above you will receive a letter from Trinity in the post with your Adviser ID number, a username and password for the website which will enable you to register as a centre and start running the arts award!
10. Please read What is an Arts Award Worth and Running the Arts Award sections on our website. This will give you some knowledge of the arts award before attending the course. ON THE DAY YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ADVISER TOOLKIT, which is a comprehensive guide to running the award.
