Examiner Bookings Coordinator

Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 35 hours (Monday - Friday)
Salary: £22,000 + benefits
Location: Croydon, London

 

Trinity is seeking to recruit an Examiner Booking Coordinator. Playing a key role to the Central Operations Team, you will administrator the booking of examiners for the UK & Ireland, in accordance with Trinity’s policies. Reporting to the Exam Delivery Manager you will be responsible for supporting in the arrangement of examiners for Music & Drama exam sessions and to ensure most efficient use of available examiner time. You will also act as a central point of contact for examiners, contribute to communications for examiners and provide regular reports required to assist in management making informed decisions.

To be successful in this role, you will be an enthusiastic organiser to take care of examiners itineraries with a track record working in an administrative capacity. As well as:

 

  • Experience in working in the Education or Charity sector with a working knowledge of UK Geography is desirable
  • Ability to build and maintain rapport with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Accomplished in the provision of customer service excellence and administrative support
  • Robust and multifaceted in communication, planning, organisational, time management and interpersonal skills and data analysis aptitude is desirable
  • Ability to portray a professional image at all times and in challenging situations both internally and externally
  • Strong IT skills, proficient in the use simultaneously of Outlook, Word and Excel Microsoft Office Packages
  • Meticulous work ethic with strong attention to detail and accuracy

Registrar (Croydon)

Contract: x1 Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 40 hours (Monday to Saturday as determined by rota)
Salary: c£23,504 + benefits
Location: Croydon, London

 

Trinity College London is one of the world’s most respected exam boards. Every year, 700,000 people in 60+ countries take our assessments and we’re one of only two Home Office-approved providers of Secure English Language Tests (SELT) for UK visas.

In Croydon, our centre is hard at work, supporting candidates taking the test as are our centres nationwide. To give them vital support we need a professional customer focused individual with first class communication skills.

Trinity is seeking to recruit a Registrar. Playing a key role to the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the candidates are registered by following the SELT ID policy and procedure together with, associated administrative functions on a day to day basis. You will play a crucial role in promoting a secure and safe exam environment, ensuring full compliance with Trinity’s examination policies and procedures to maintain the security and integrity of our exams. There will also be times when you will be required to step up and oversea the smooth running of the centre.

To be successful in this role, you will be tenacious, have an appetite for delivering excellent customer service and compliance. As well as:

 

  • Respectable level of general education
  • Ability to portray a professional image at all times both internally and externally
  • Multifaceted in communication, time management, planning, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Be comfortable working as a part of a team, but equally able to work independently and liaise with stakeholders ranging from colleagues to examiners, and most importantly, our candidates
  • Meticulous work ethic with a keen eye for detail to carry out compliance checks
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office Packages including Word, Excel and Outlook with reprographics know-how
  • Act as a centre of excellence in customer service
  • You must take real pride in your work and be willing to roll-your-sleeves-up-and-get-stuck-in
