Guildhall School of Music & Drama

The Guildhall School of Music & Drama, which is based in the Barbican Arts Complex, is acknowledged as a leading international conservatoire for both music and drama. It is owned and funded by the Corporation of London which, along with the Government and the BBC, ranks among the most generous sponsors of the arts in Britain.

After acquiring Guildhall Examinations in 2004, Trinity College London worked closely with the Guildhall to develop music and drama exams branded Trinity Guildhall.

In 2012 the Trinity Guildhall brand was discontinued, and our exams are now offered and conducted under the Trinity College London brand. The exams remain unchanged and the books that support them continue to be valid.
